Year 4 had the most amazing trip to Colchester Castle on Friday. The teaching team was very proud of how all of our pupils conducted themselves.
We first had a chance to view the museum and we were even allowed to try some of the clothes and armour that were worn hundreds of years ago.

We built an arch out of foam bricks:
We even built a round-house and a villa:
We learned lots while we were there and our final treat was a trip into the dungeons of the castle where we listened to a very interesting talk about how the Romans conducted themselves. Turns out they weren't very nice people.
